This notice describes how GOLDLINE Auto collects and uses personal information, and the rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

What we collect

When you request a quote or secure a deal, we collect the information you submit: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the vehicle you're interested in, and any notes you include. We do not collect payment information through this site.

How we use it

Your information is used to respond to your request, confirm vehicle availability, and arrange your purchase or lease — and, only if you tick the box, to send our monthly deals email (unsubscribe any time). It is not used for advertising.

Service providers and retention

Form submissions are transmitted to us through Google (Apps Script, Sheets and Gmail, which we use to store and act on leads) and, if that route is unavailable, through FormSubmit, a form-delivery service. We keep lead records for as long as needed to serve your request and for our business records, and delete them on request. Vehicle photos may load from our partner dealers' image networks (Dealer.com, Cars Commerce); like any image host, they receive your IP address and browser type when a photo loads.

Analytics

We use GoatCounter, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count page views. It records the page visited, referrer, screen size, browser type and the country or region derived from your IP address; it sets no cookies and does not identify or track you across sites. Nothing is stored on your device beyond a remembered tab or filter preference.

We do not sell your information

GOLDLINE Auto does not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and has not done so in the preceding 12 months.

Your California rights

You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request that it be corrected or deleted, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email info@goldlineauto.net — we'll verify and respond within the timeframes the CCPA requires.
